Old Man Winter Cometh !!

Today morning was one of the most amazing and exhilarating mornings at least of my life !! What began as another mudane Monday morning took a flight to “Cloud Nine” ( Not a reference to “Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” ) as soon as we left the urban sprawl of Ock Street and entered Park Lane. We realised that something was amiss, but what, we could not find out. The sky was blue ( as always ), the road, well tarred, there were leaves on the pavement ( what else would you expect in Autumn ) and the grass was… wait a minute !! The grass was white !! So were all the cars around !!. Woww !! We were actually seeing some snow !! Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !! It actually was frost, ( something that gets accumulated in the refrigerator ) !! But, with frost already here, can the snow be far behind !! Ppl were scrubbing away on the car windshields to clear them and all that we could do was watch and walk. The grass and esp the park actually seemed like a white field with a tinge of green !! It was ammmmmaaaaaazzzzzzzziiiiiiinnnnnnngggg !!



If only I had my camera !! My A95 was nestled in its case away at home !! So all I can do is pray for similar conditions tomorrow and ask you to do the same, and voila, you could receive a photo of the “Abingdon Frost on Park Lane !”
